Posture: Sit in an easy position or in a chair with the spine straight and apply a light lock of the neck (lift the chest and chest as you lengthen the neck upwards, pushing the jaw slightly back and down. Neck, neck and facial muscles remain relaxed).
Hands on Gyan Mudra (join the tips of the thumbs and forefingers).
Mantra: Monotonously recite the Har Haray Haree Wahe Guru mantra as follows:
Har: Focus on the navel
Haray: Focus on the center of the heart
Haree: Focus on the neck
Wahe: Focus on the center between the eyebrows
Guru: Focus on the top of the head
Duration: Continue for 3-31 minutes.
To finish: Take a deep breath, hold the air in, bring your arms up and shake loudly. Exhale and relax.
It is a great meditation to have in your pocket for the moments when you feel that your stress is drowning.
