Meaning of Frequencies (Hz)
Every physical problem has an impact on our emotional behavior
When we release stagnant energy from our body, this results in the release of that area from tightness, stiffness or dysfunction. By balancing the chakras we affect at the same time the physical, the mental and the emotional level.
Kundalini Yoga
teaches how to allow energy to flow through the chakras so that we experience an elevated consciousness.
By reading the following you may discover which chakras are affected or blocked, along with some small tips that help balance them and improve energy flow > > >
